The modern sterling silver and ametrine pendant has an oval-cut ametrine (circa 24.8mm x 16.9mm x 11.2mm - ametrine is a naturally occurring variety of quartz, with zones of purple amethyst and orange-to-brown citrine) tube-set into a silver frame. The pendant has a small, fixed ring and a V-bale. The bale of the pendant is marked "925 (somewhat rubbed)" for sterling grade silver.
