Sterling Silver and Crystal Sugar Caster/Shaker
This attractive, very good quality, early sugar shaker was made in Sheffield, England nearly a hundred years ago by silversmiths 'Lee & Henry Wigfull' (H.W.). The body of the shaker is made of a thick gauge, beautifully cut crystal, giving it a lovely weight. It has a plain rim and a domed pierced lid, both in sterling silver and both hallmarked for Sheffield 1925. The shaker stands 15,5cm high, a width of 7,5cm at its widest and weighs 415g. The silver is in excellent condition, with very minor wear to the crystal.
