A sterling silver hurricane lamp bottom part. It used to have a glass top to protect the candle inside, but was broken. Still a very nice piece of Sterling silver, made in Birmingham by Barrowclift Silvercraft in 1978. Height: 17 cm. Base diameter: 11 cm. Top part diameter: 5 cm. Weight: 378 gram (which includes the inside stability filling). The total amount of silver is probably more than 100 gram.
