Sterling Silver Charm Bracelet with Charms

This bracelet probably dates to the 1940-50’s, when collecting these silver charms, were all the rage. One charm has “Made in Palestine” stamped on it, so it must pre-date 1948. The charms are all silver, although only some are marked sterling. There are 21 charms in all, including an articulated tortoise (legs, tail and head, all mobile) a silver miniature thimble, dog, horse, rabbit, bird, surfer, zodiac signs, musical instruments, etc. Of particular interest is a 3 penny coin dated 1922, with an image George V’s head as king, and emperor of India. This coin is in a proper coin container, also in silver, so it could be removed. The bracelet measures 20cm in length. Please add R38 for postage, including insurance.
