This vintage, hallmarked silver swizzle stick, also known as a bubble breaker, was originally used to remove the bubbles from champagne, but is now more commonly used to stir cocktails. It features a small, retractable, five-pronged whisk and was manufactured in Birmingham, England by well-known silversmiths Deakin & Francis (D & K). It is in great condition and measures 10.5cm when open and 6cm when concealed.
