Sterling Silver, Marcasite and Garnet Stud Earrings
The modern pair of sterling silver stud earrings have pins and butterflies. They each have a curved rectangular front which is marcasite studded and which has a silver flower with stem and leaves applied to the front. Each flower is claw-set with seven small round-cut garnets, marcasite-set bow, and an imitation pearl (6.5mm). The earrings and butterflies are marked "925".
