This medal weighs 15.5 gram and is 32 mm in diameter. It was struck in Sterling Silver (92.5% pure silver) in 1936 for the silver jubilee of King George V and Queen Mary.
It comes in its original Pretoria Royal Mint box that is damaged and without the lid.
The medal itself is in beautiful uncirculated condition.
The medal has the small “P” mintmark on the reverse indicating that it was struck in Pretoria.
