My experience is that customers who leave negative ratings without communication, will not change a rating or give you any chance to resolve a problem / issue.

Parcels that are damaged, lost or stolen whilst in transit are beyond my control .
Checkout and Payment are due within 14 days of an Auction closing.  I am very happy to combine shipments up to 4 weeks, please simply let me know if you would like to take advantage of this offer.
