The sterling silver pendant is in the form of an openwork orb, set with blue paste "gemstones", and with a hinge and clip opening to release a blue-enamelled, hollow chime sphere, also known as a Mexican bola, angel caller, or harmony ball. The hinged bale has various stamps including "925" for sterling silver.
