We accept EFT fund transfers (Internet Transfers) into our account. Cash deposits are also welcome. Please use your BidorBuy username as reference when making your payments. Payment need to be done within 7 days of the auction closing.

SAVE: Combining of orders:

You are more than welcome to combine your auctions to save on shipping fees. Just add R5 combining fee to each auction over and above your first. You can combine for up to a 14 day period, only pay shipping on your last item as an indication for us to post your orders to you

Shipping:

We ONLY ship registered mail for R30 within South Africa. GemDen ship Mondays to Thursdays, not on public holidays.

Bidding:

GemDen reserve the right to accept or reject any bid for any reason whatsoever.

Refunds & returns:

If, for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, you may return the item won/purchased within 7 working days from date of receipt for a refund minus 10% handling fee & postage. The item needs to include the original packaging.
