RINGS:

Due to selling on various platforms, we sell our rings without specifying a ring size, if you want to place your bid on any of our rings, please ask us which size you need and if we have your ring size in stock, we will let you know to place your bid for that size, after receiving your bid, we shall keep your ring for you until the auction ends & payment clears.

ALL OTHER ITEMS:

Most of our stock are sourced from abroad, please bear in mind that some items might take up to 15 days ( if out of stock ) to be processed and then sent to you, However, we strive to complete orders within 7 days if & when possible, so if you have not received your items within 15 days from making payment, please contact us, do NOT just assume that we have forgotten about you and then rate us negatively for not reading these terms, if you don't agree with these terms, DON'T BID.
