On offer this unusual find of a Sterncrest Sterling Imported Briar Root (LHS) smoking pipe - Unused. The pipe is "like New" and all indications are that it has never been used. There are a number of significant markings on the pipe that can assist with identification. The pipe was manufactured by L&H Stern Inc (LHS) with was established in 1911 and eventually closed down in 1960. From our own research it would seem that this particular pipe design was manufactured around 1944 and sold for $5 at the time. The pipe comes with original packaging and as an added bonus the lucky buyer will also receive another original "empty" box as part of the offering. This is a rare opportunity to own this highly collectable item. Please have a look at all the pictures as they form part of the description and shows the actual condition of the item.
