Stinging Nettle plant

Stinging nettle is a great supplement to add to your cooking, you can also draw a tea with the leaves. They are vigorous growers so if you have a small space, best to grow them in containers. They will grow in most soil types. They just don't like standing in wet soil constantly. Once established they can handle dry spells without much effort. 

This plant is known for its ability to ease symptoms of allergies and joint pain caused by arthritis. 

If you have extra leaves, they make an excellent fertilizer for your plants. Simply add to water and steep for two weeks, covered with a breathable cloth. 

Then add one cup to 1 liter of water and ensure your fruit and vegetables have all the nutrients they need.
