It features an I²C interfaceand can be operated from a VCC power supply. It is also a contactless memorypowered by the received carrier electromagnetic wave. The IC is organized as8192 x 8-bit in the I²C mode and as 2048 x 32-bit in the ISO 15693 and ISO18000-3 mode 1 RF mode.
