PWM Controller Dual, 35V-8V supply, 400 kHz, 5.1V/500mA out, DIP-16Product OverviewThe SG3525AN is a regulating pulse width Modulator IC is designed to offerimproved performance and lowered external parts count when used in designing alltypes of switching power supplies. The on-chip 5.1V reference is trimmed to ±1%and the input common-mode range of the error amplifier includes the referencevoltage eliminating external resistors. A single resistor between the CT and thedischarge terminals provide a wide range of dead time adjustment. This devicealso features built-in soft-start circuitry with only an external timingcapacitor required.
