Important Information for Buyers

Placing Bids

Only bid if you genuinely intend to complete the purchase.

Orders & Payment

Place orders within 48 hours and complete payment within 72 hours unless otherwise arranged.

Orders not paid for within 15 days of auction closing will be cancelled, and items re-listed.

Multiple orders placed within 30 days can be combined for reduced shipping costs if fully paid and confirmed with the seller.

Non-Payment

If no response is received within 7 working days, a Sale Not Completed (SNC) case will be filed with Bid or Buy, along with an appropriate rating.

Shipping

Shipping costs include packaging and postage and can be reduced by combining items (if paid in full).

Items are shipped within 5 working days of receiving payment and instructions, with a tracking number provided.

Collection is available by prior arrangement in Longlake, Sandton, or Florauna, Pretoria North.

Liability

The seller is not responsible for damage, loss, or delays in delivery after dispatch.
