Condition ; Cover ; NOTE a tear of 0.5cm - front - top left at the spine ; Extreme top edge of the spine creased / rolled back .

Also a tear of 0.5cm Back cover - bottom on the right side .

Very good tight binding ; Writing added - one name added under the front flap ; The front flap has not been cut ; no browning or discoloration to the paper / pages .

I will add a photo of a very small liquid stain on the right side of the first page .
