This collar is uniquely designed to train a dog to stop barking for no reason. It is lightweght and waterproof, and uses an adjustable stretch collar. It operates off the vibrations of the dog's throat and emits an ultra-sonic sound, audible only to the dog. There is no shocking or any other inhumane procedure.
