Week 40 is high season week as the weekend is mostly during Spring school holidays. Last year check-in was Friday 02 October 2009 and check-out was Friday 09 October 2009. This year the check-in will be Friday 01 October 2010 and check-out will be Friday 08 October 2010. Levy for this year is R3,922.00 and the buyer will need to pay the levy to the resort when it is due and will also use the unit from this year. Transfer is around R600 and must be paid by the buyer together with the winning bid.
