 This eye-catching piece is crafted in rose gold-hued sterling silver, featuring 10 x marquise faceted apatites in a paired row running across the concave ring head. 56 x small round faceted, claw set spinel are set in rows above and below the apatite; the shiny black opacity of the spinel providing a wonderful foil for the semi-opaque electric blue of the apatite and the rich warmth of the rose gold. The 17mm long x 24mm across ring head is softly concave, quite textured with the gemstones against the simple broad band shank of polished rose gold sterling silver that narrows under the finger for comfort. Openwork below the gemstones allows light to refract through the garnets, maximising colour and sparkle. The piece bears the 925 hallmark indicating sterling silver and weighs a hefty 6,4 grams, sitting snugly and comfortably on the finger.
