STUNNING BLUE (GORGEOUS TANZANITE-COLOUR) NATURAL QUARTZ STERLING SILVER RING WITH CUBIC ZIRCONIA ACCENTS

This eye-catching contemporary piece features an octagonal-faceted 9 x 7 mm natural quartz in an astonishing rich blue colour. The gemologist cites it as "natural quartz with a deep tanzanite blue colour" - so please note, the gemstone is a natural quartz, not a tanzanite. Both clarity and cut are excellent. The ring head is interesting, with asymetrical shoulders - the quartz claw-set horizontally in the centre. The shank is a simple narrow polished sterling silver band which is inset with 3 x round cut cubic zirconia in a row, and broadening to double that width on the other side with a triangle of 3 matching cubic zirconia. The ring matches the earrings listed as 3579. The cubic zirconia add subtle sparkle, a foil for the gorgeous rich colour of the quartz. The ring head measures 18mm across x 7mm long, weighs 2,56 grams and bears the 925 hallmark indicating sterling silver.
