Studio glass vase.  This glass has a beautiful simplicity. The inner glass is pale blue with the outer glass being clear.   The Base is clear.   This is heavy glass with the rim being about 4.5mm thick.  Please note there is a tiny chip on the inside of the rim.   There are three glass dots on the base.  Please dont hesitate to ask any questions.
