We do not charge a re-stocking fee. Shipping fees and return shipping charges are non-refundable. Although out pictures are very accurate, colour may not match exactly as the real item due to variations in computer monitors.
Some gems may be colour enhanced or fracturefilled to enhance beauty but this will be disclosed on each item.We are human though and also make mistakes.
