A heavy and beautiful sterling silver necklace featuring semi precious gemstones - amethyst, garnets, citrine, blue topaz and peridot. The design and layout of the necklace presents a snake chain that goes up and around the back. The front section is a solid sterling silver bar into which 36 x round cut claw set light purple amethysts, 2 x marquise cut claw set wine red garnets, 2 x marquise cut claw set bright green peridots, and 2 x marquise cut claw set sky blue topaz have been set. There is a large central pear cut claw set pale and clear citrine hanging from the solid bar suspended on a silver link so it moves. The solid bar housing the gemstones is 66mm wide, and 62mm in length. The total length of the necklace when laid out is 49cm. The whole piece is a weighty 13,83 grams. The necklace bears the '925' hallmark for sterling silver. A beautifully crafted and particularly eye-catching necklace!
