I can't with certainty pinpoint the artist but I've taken a picture of the signature and maybe you will recognize it. Looks to be dated 88 but I could be wrong
Print is in good all round condition. Expect some minor dust and marks to the inner border
Some age related scuff marks around the frame which could be easily touched up if need be
