704 Bella Vista is a large self-catering apartment that can accommodate four adults or two adults and two children. It is situated in Sea Point, bordering Bantry Bay and offers views of the ocean. on both sides of the Peninsula.
The apartment features one large bedroom and two bathrooms, of which one is en-suite. The open-plan living space has a TV with a DVD player and DStv is available with the guests' own smart card. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and features a countertop stove, an eye-level oven and a microwave. The raised, enclosed balcony has large sliding windows which allow a cool breeze and sweeping ocean views. The apartment also has its own covered parking bay.
Sea Point has many shops, restaurants, coffee shops and clubs. Guests can enjoy walking and jogging along the Sea Point beachfront and promenade that also has a public swimming pool, while the V & A Waterfront and Cape Town Stadium are just a short drive away
