Stunning Plate from Rosenthal

 A stunning plate from Rosenthal, one of Germany's best porcelain houses. This plate comes from the Pompadour collection and is named Konigsberg. The plate is quite big, 34 cm. This Rosenthal plate with these decorations is very rare and difficult to find anywhere on the net. A posy of beautiful flowers decorate the center of the plate, with a gold pattern around it. This is followed by a wreath of flowers with red white and gold patterns. The gilding on the edge of the plate and elsewhere was done with a heavy hand, and it looks great! There are a few spots on the edge of the plate where the gilding is starting to show some wear. Other wise the plate is in very good condition, no chips, cracks or crazing.
