Very, very special boy has a signature but it is not very legible looks like it might be Tay not sure tho, he has a  matt beak that might not be porcelain, his eyes might also be another substance, he is in wonderful condition and is very beautifully done, I have a feeling he is a very special item but cannot find him on the vintage porcelain sites so have priced him accordingly. 15cms H 10cms L and 7.2cms W, postage will be 75.00 with tons of packaging around him as he is so frail.
