LARGE SHOWY HANDCRAFTED TANZANITE DRESS RING
SET IN '925' HALLMARKED STERLING SILVER.

What can be said about this ring but WOW! Hand-made, this very substantial piece is a show-stopper - brilliant for the evening; a real conversation piece. The 0,26 carat oval-cut natural tanzanite is a really good deep violet colour. Claw-set, it is the focal point of the ring head. The gemstone is set into an oval frame of bright sparkly stones that extend into a starburst of silver rays of the same stones fanning outwards to the 25mm x 23mm diameter. No, not diamonds, but an extraordinary effect though! The 24 rays set with over 100 of the bright stones alternate in length - one short, one long - and curve slightly upwards at their tips to exaggerate the starburst effect. I have had the tanzanite jeweller tested and authenticated. The ring also has the '925' hallmark indicating 'sterling silver'. Not an everyday casual ring but a seriously stunning piece for dress-up days!
