Central stone is 11 x 8 mm, simulating a 3 carat diamond. Cracker, no flaws, cracks, or scratches. Probably rhinestone but I am not able to tell if it could be cubic zirconium or even moissanite.
Surrounded by 20 smaller stones, all there. Under magnification they are all still there, and you can see that they were carefully inserted by hand.
Earring is about 14 x 12 mm, so quite large and heavy at 2.4 grams
The metal looks to be silver plated copper.
This is a hand made vintage piece. When I used the "discover" option on my phone , the image on google came up with a French Lanvin ring with the identical design and stone configuration but I have no idea if this earring is Lanvin. No marks.
It would make a cracking top for an artisan ring or even a pendant.
Of you could wear it as a single stud, very trendy these days with both sexes.
