THIS TEAPOT IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION; BAKELITE HANDLE A VERY SMALL TARNISH MARK IS ON THE HOLDING PLATE FOR THE LID HINGE
IT DOES HAVE A MONOGRAM BEAUTIFULLY ENGRAVED ON IT; NO DENTS OR DINGS
Henry Atkins set up business in 1841. He had 3 sons Henry Edward & Frank. They produced a variety of good quality items in silver & silver plate ware from 1843 -1958 Their trademark was their initials plus a hand holding plumes. The firm was taken over by CJ Vander in 1958.
