Stunning vintage oil on board, Mountains, stream and cottage. Painting does appear to be signed (photo provided) but I simply cannot make out who it is so listed as unknown artist. The artist who did this is highly talented as this is a beautiful piece of art with great detail and colour.
Frame measures approx 72.5cm x 61xm. There is age related wear around the frame which can be touched up.
My gut feeling is that this scene is not in South Africa ? I could be mistaken but dont recognize that particular shape of mountains
