Please remember choosing the Post-Office for delivery is the buyer's risk, not the seller's. The Post-Office tracking system sometimes fails even though the parcel moves and they threaten strikes or strike from time to time. Consider using a courier instead.

Choosing normal Post-Office delivery: The item is  sent with a tracking number. If the buyer fails to collect, the parcel is returned to me (the seller) and I have to pay for the return postage when I pick it up. I will then contact the buyer who will have the option to pay the return postage (normally around R45-65) plus the cost of another form of delivery or pick-up of their choice. Reimbursement only possible after deduction of said cost to retrieve the parcel.
