STYLISH ANTIQUE CHINESE KUT HING PEWTER SWATOW TEA SET & TRAY CIRCA 1890 This is a stylish antique Chinese heavy pewter three part tea set with tray decorated with scrolling dragons and made by Kut Hing, Swatow and dating from around 1890. The set comprises of a teapot with inserted strainer and lid with and with an incised scrolling dragon to the body with birds and flowers are the rim and with a phoenix bird spout. A two handled sugar bowl of rounded shape incised with a dragon design and domed cover and a covered jug again similarly decorated. The rounded tray is decorated with two dueling dragons within a raised floral border. All pieces have impressed makers marks for Kut Hing Pewter, Swatow with extensive Chinese markings.
