The name is a mouth full and so is the flavour. Fruity and spicier as it matures they are so versatile and delicious fresh that you will have a hard time processing them into salsas, sauces, pickles and stuffed with cheeses. But if you do you will most certainly be back for more. Hardy plants needing nutrient rich soil in full sun. It produces prolifically but I would still recommend more than one plant per person.
Germinate in spring in composted soil mix and keep moist. It helps to add a layer of mulch over your seeds to ensure they don't dry out after sprouting.
