This product it ideal for creating transfer sheets and moulds.

Please note: Cocoa butter bloom (fat bloom), which is caused by the uneven crystals that form due to cooling or tempering during the manufacturing process, may produce marks with a white, circular, mould like appearance. These disappear when the chocolate colouring is re-heated.
