Please read the following:Application Note Sunsynk Deploymentsfor instructions on the inverter firmware update process.

BEFORE INSTALLATION, please ensure that you check that the Inverter is updated to the latest firmware version.

Important

Please ensure that 12kW Sunsynk 3ph Inverter is updated to the latest firmware version. The update must be done before the system is switched on. This is imperative mainly for parallel or three phase systems to prevent inverter damage and malfunction.
