SUP50 Heavy Duty is an alkaline, solvent content water based degreaser, designed for all industries where heavy duty cleaning is required. The product is formulated to cut through heavy oil, grease and other carbonaceous deposits from concrete steel and other surfaces to allow quick ecient cleaning. SUP50 is manufactured according the SANS1828 FOOD GRADE SABS spec. SUP50 Heavy Duty has no ash point, gives o no objectionable odors and has excellent rinsing properties that minimize streaking and spotting.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE:
SUP50 Heavy Duty is best applied by pressure spray. Its also used for foam cleaning through atomizer units as well as for steam, bucket and brush cleaning.
Heavy Duty Cleaning:
Dilute SUP50 Heavy Duty 1 part concentrate to 10 parts water or 1 part concentrate to 1 part water for heavy contaminated surfaces.
Maintenance Cleaning:
Dilute SUP50 Heavy Duty 1 part concentrate to 20 -100 parts water.
How To:
Pre-wet hot surfaces prior to application. Apply SUP50 Heavy Duty and allow maximum contact time. Apply through a foaming unit to maximize contact time on vertical surfaces. Follow with high-pressure rinse
