Product Description

SUPER A/C Pipe Repair Putty (Aluminum Repair) is a ready-to-use leak-stop solution designed for aluminum pipes in air-conditioning and refrigeration systems. It provides a fast and reliable fix for urgent repairs, eliminating the need for welding or soldering.

• Suitable for high- and low-pressure sides
• Quick and easy application

Pressure Resistance

• 5 mm leak: up to 40 bar
• 2 mm leak: up to 50 bar
• 1 mm leak: up to 57 bar

How to Use

1. Ensure the aluminum surface is clean and dry
2. Cut enough putty to wrap around the pipe
3. Knead the two components together (wear gloves)
4. Wrap tightly around the leaking area
5. Allow to cure, then restore system operation

Curing Time:

• Full cure: 24 hours
• Accelerated cure: ~1 hour using a hot air gun (5 minutes heating)

Ensure proper surface preparation for best results.
