This coin contains more than twice the silver than the large SA Silver R1 pieces.
The R1 silver coins contain only 12 grams of pure silver but these King Mashoeshoe crowns contains 25.452 grams of PURE silver.
Weight 28.28 grams and struck in 1966 in 90% pure silver. Brilliant uncirculated.
