A rare and superb set of six Russian silver tablespoons in a highly decorative and unusual shell and leaf pattern made by Alexander Kordes in St Petersburg in 1844. The spoons measure 22cm, weigh and exceptionally heavy 618 grams, are fully marked and in excellent condition. A lovely investment set or addition to any Russian collection.
