• Pueraria Mirifica - 400mg
• Fenugreek extract - 100mg

Suggested Use:

Take 1 capsule twice a day, morning and evening with if possible. Can increase dosage to three capsules a day if require extra results. To improve results it is beneficial to increaser water and protein intake, while reducing caffeine consumption. Breast massage is also recommended.
