Some studies have found green tea extract (GTE) to be useful in managing obesity due to its rich polyphenol and catechin content and its ability to induce thermogenesis and stimulate fat oxidation. Epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), a catechin in green tea, is reported to increase resting metabolism and stimulate fat-burning. Green Coffee Bean Extract (GCB) contains chlorogenic acids which research suggests inhibits the release of glucose into the blood stream. Slowing down the absorption of glucose in the bloodstream will result in a reduction in the absorption of fat. NATURAL GREEN contains only small amounts of naturally occurring caffeine but will not result in jitters associated with most thermogenic supplements.

SUGGESTED USE
Take two capsules in the morning training and the same before gym/training or in the early afternoon if not training. Can also be used to enhance mental sharpness and concentration.
