Quality Materials
All of our headlamps are made from High Strength Aluminium, which is anodized in Suprabeam's signature colour Suprabeam grey. Using aluminum has many advantages; it gives a sturdy and durable torch, that can withstand being used. Our aluminum head also works as a big heat-sink, ensuring that the LED is being cooled properly

Versatile Headlamps
Our professional headlamps are fitted with plugs and exchangeable cables, to let you carry your battery pack in a belt, or to put it in your bag, leaving you with under 80 grams of weight on your head.
Exchangeable plugs gives you better protection for your headlamp and cable. The plugs in the headlamp and battery pack will detach, if your headlamp gets tangled in or stuck on a branch, something have to give and that results in a broken cable or connection, which leaves you with a unrepairable headlamp.
Switch and Intelligent Light Control
The switch inside a Suprabeam headlamp is first grade electronics, ensuring a long lifetime and correct functionality every time. The switch is metal button placed underneath the head, allowing you to step through the light modes easily, even with gloves on. The different light functions are controlled by ILC = Intelligent Light Control
Boost = Maximum output allowed by battery and LED
Dimmer = Dim your light to the prefered output
Memory = Remembers your latest output level
SOS = Emergency SOS-function for your safety

Environmentally sound
A Suprabeam headlamp is a high drain device, which makes it ideal to use with rechargeable batteries. We estimate that the 3xAA batteries will be changed after 10 hours of use. Recommended batteries are high end Energizer Alkaline and high end rechargeable Eneloop batteries.
