Scarce South West Africa 1926/27 used Pictorials horizontal pair of 2d grey and purple stamps (SACC 75) with the Varieties "Large shift to the left in black vignette" and "Many purple ink smudges at the bottom of both stamps which can clearly be seen". The pair is Cancelled with a "Windhoek" Postmark dated the 3rd of February 1928.
