Swarovski Crystal Large Butterfly In a Summer Meadow

The large butterfly came in 3 different versions as the design changed throughout the life of the piece. This version is the third and final one and has gold antenna with a large gold nose which covers most of the face and resembles a mask. It has black eyes, and the tips on the top of the antenna are clear crystal. Because the pieces were assembled by hand, you can find variations in the positioning of the stones, and this can give the impression of long or short neck varieties of butterfly. Originally part of the In a Summer Meadow collection, the butterfly was later moved to the In the Secret Garden group.
