The watch is called "High Tail". It works except for the large seconds hand of the stopwatch that skips a few seconds on start, when the stopwatch hasn't been used for some time. This watch is particularly special in that the crystal's tension ring is installed with the mirror side upwards. There are a few fine scratches on the crystal.
