Swiss 1930/40's Zenith 'Telephonometer' Timer

 

This scarce, vintage, Swiss device made by 'Zenith', was used by telephone networks to monitor and control the length of telephone conversations at three-minute intervals. It appears to be working well and in excellent condition. It is stamped 'SWISS MADE' with the numbers '328, 1123173' on the back and measures 6cm in diameter.
