I have never seen this item before but an internet search shows a similar one described as …

The polystyrene holder has the type number stamped as (also) 7510 but I cannot see any serial number (maybe it is on the inside somewhere?)

I am scarred to overwind it, but when I turn the winding mechanism slightly, it starts to go for a while. I assume it is in perfect working order but because I am unfamiliar with these kinds of items, I will extend my 100% money back guarantee to 10 days.
