When designing TICKER we wanted it to be the best it can be, and to deliver that we have utilized a bounty of premium grade materials to bring you the most comprehensive watchstrap casing solution. TICKER is made from a specially developed Elastomer material that is more durable and shock resistant than a simple silicone or rubber offering. Plus this unique material can provide the most rich and vibrant colors with no risk of aging. To securely link the strap we have used a custom made stainless steel strap pin that’s both strong and easy to use. In addition TICKER comes equipped with hard polycarbonate push thought buttons; totally unique to a product in this class, TICKER’s buttons offer ultimate tactile response with the reassurance of durability. With TICKER we have raised the bar on every level.
Where form meets function
The first thing you notice when you use your TICKER is how different your iPod experience can be. TICKER offers up a whole new way to interact with your new nano, whether that be the perfect partner on your morning run, or just a convenient way to stow your nano on the move. With this in mind TICKER was designed to meet your requirements. The rotation of the headphone jack means TICKER works just as well for both refties and righties. Its low profile design means TICKER doesn’t add any unnecessary bulk, and the easy to use stainless steel strap management means TICKER is secure, but not restrictive like an armband; perfect for those intensive runs.
Works both ways
TICKER stands out from the crowd in many ways, but one more subtle feature is the clever rotation of the headphone jack. Unlike other offering in the market, TICKER’s headphone orientation comes from the base and not the side. The advantage this provides is that TICKER works just as great for both lefties and righties, allowing your headphone cable to flow in the way it naturally should; towards your head. Battling your cable is a problem of the past.
Tactile is Key
TICKER buttons work like no other nano watch casings in the market. We devised a way to interact with your nano in exactly the way you would as if it had no casing on. We achieved this by engineering hard durable polycarbonate push through buttons that offer the ultimate tactile response that you would expect from a button. Unachievable with substitute soft materials, this mechanism will not age or sag over time, it will be good for years to come.
